St. Ambrose University (Davenport, Iowa, USA) has a great location-right between small town and huge city
Take classes that you enjoy. There is nothing worse than getting a degree, taking classes that make you miserable.
Amazing library, helpful staff. Lots of sports, activities, etc. It's a lot cheaper than a big city, but tuition is steep. It's a great student union, though it's a smaller school so gigs are rare. There is something for everybody. Once you're 21 your options open up :)
My degree will allow me to do whatever I want and St. Ambrose helps you get settled.
