Course description:
This course is aimed at people wishing to qualify in complementary health. Participants will be able to research and develop skills from academic, clinical and personal perspectives in the field of complementary medicine. It covers: reflexology, human body form and function, introduction to complementary aromatherapy 1and 2, diet and nutrition, developing professional practice and therapeutic communications.
Entry requirements:
Participants must be 18 years old or over and have one of the following: 3 GCSE passes grade C or above, to include Science, Maths and English or NVQ Level 3 in caring, beauty therapy and customer care or BTEC National Diploma, confederation of international beauty therapy and cosmetology (CIBTAC) and comite international Esthetique et de Cosmetology (C.I.D.E.S.C.O).
