Course description:

This course is designed to encourage a broad approach to Art which will allow students to develop a sound grounding in a number of areas while still exploring the subject in depth. It covers topics that include: painting, drawing, sculpture, print-making, graphic design, illustration, 3-dimensional design, product design, theatre design etc. Subjects which go well with art are drama and theatre studies, Media and English. It covers modules such as: specialist project, personal study and controlled test.

Entry requirements:

Students must have 5GCSEs grade A-C including art and design. Students must be aged between 16 to 19 years.
